Generally not in the East Coast states. Additionally, simple timing strongly suggests Tennessee over Orange-crowned, as celata is a much later migrant than Tennessee and than western subspecies of Orange-crowned. This comparison of the two species' migration timing and abundance in North Carolina is useful. The page will open on the frequency tab, which is a strong argument, but also click on the High Count tab.
