No blue in the lesser coverts and with fore-and-aft white or whitish bars on the specula -- a very different pattern than on any member of Spatula. The only other duck with a similar wing pattern -- and it's quite similar -- is Northern Pintail. Wing patterns on flying ducks are the most useful feature for ID that you can study.

Good thing Green-winged Teal is one of our smallest ducks and Northern Pintail one of our larger!
