Ring-billed Gull?

Can I identify this gull as a juvenile Ring-billed Gull? Still learning and really appreciate the help. It was smaller than the American Black Ducks it was feeding with.

Definitely Ring-billed, but it's in its first-winter plumage.

Yes, immature, but the photos appear to be of different individuals, given how different the two birds are in amount of gray on the upperparts. Those gray feathers are formative feathers, while the brown ones are retained juvenile feathers. Juvenile Ring-billeds look like this.

You are correct Mr. Leukering. There were 2 of these birds there in the early morning light. I thought the images were of the same bird but seem to be mistaken. Thank you for your assistance.
