Tony Leukering Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 Probably, but no definitive characters visible in the pic; it could be a Glaucous-winged x Glaucous or a particularly bleached version of something else I'm concerned by what appears to darker plumage bits at/near the tertials and the apparently darker tail and upper-tail coverts contrasting with the white primaries.
