sbruenjes
I saw these birds yesterday at a nature preserve in northern New Jersey. I think I have a savannah sparrow, and some song sparrows, but I'm not sure about the last one... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Connor Cochrane
The white crowned sparrow is the expected leucophrys subspecies. Edited October 12, 2020 by Connor Cochrane
Candydez12
The first sparrow is a Savannah sparrow. Notice the streak of yellow over the eye, with a pink bill and has dark stripes on it's body. The 2nd one is probably a Rufous - Winged sparrow. They have the black stripes with the white in the middle near its cheek area. The third one is a Song sparrow, and they are easily identified by the many, dark brown stripes all over its body The last one (I think but I dunno for sure) is a Rufous - Crowned sparrow. It has a grey head and have grey to pink beaks. They have a brown stripe also that ends at the bill. 1

Look at the shape of these birds, they are massively different than the ones you are describing.
