I took this yesterday, Oct 16th, on the C&O Canal in Maryland by Shepherdstown WV. It was jumping from branch to branch. Not the best picture and I understand warblers are hard to ID this time of the year. The breast had faint streaks but honestly you could barely make them out. Thank you!

Actually, most species of Parulidae are only as hard to ID as they are in summer, as the plumages change very little.

I agree -- Blackpoll -- the wing bars are not really wide as in Bay-breasted, as well as the aforementioned streaking
