Better than me. I have only done 8 in two hours. We usually do 36 birds in a batch, and it takes forever. Besides when your putting them in soup and such, it doesn't even matter. Also going from store chicken to free ranging our own, the flavor change was tremendous. I just got home from Walmart, where I paid $3.58 for 1/2 dozen eggs!!
