I was confused at first, since it’s neck looked too short. But of what we can see of the upper wing of the bird, it has a wide buffy streak under a dark iridescent speculum, then another smaller buffy streak. You can see the green and brown on the far wing, but the steep forehead and black bill are the characteristics I'm following.
