We seem to have them all winter, here. Sometimes we'll even have them into the summer. It's rare, but it happens.

I saw the first flocks a couple of weeks ago.  We get them but not reliably or in large numbers.  I see flocks of 15 to 30, usually only a handful each season.  Some years I don't see any.

This about the same as it was for me Colorado.

Jealous of this! I have seen a ton of Northern Harriers but it seems always distant and/or flying. I'm sure I don't have a good photo of one and for sure I don't have one as awesome as this.
