floraphile
06 Nov 2020 Baldwin co AL I thought the eye line was faint, eye-arcs present, and he was definitely yellow on the underside, so I ID'd as OCWA over TEWA. Ayes? Nays?

Connor Cochrane
Definitely Orange-crowned. Looks fine for the expected celata subspecies.

Thanks, Tony. I've never seen that particular function in ebird. I ran it for my particular county, since we are a little different than the rest of the state: https://ebird.org/barchart?byr=1900&eyr=2020&bmo=1&emo=12&r=US-AL-003&spp=tenwar,orcwar

To get this sort of comparison from eBird data, run whatever region's bar charts, pick one of the species you want to compare (you can compare as many as five), then click on the "Change Species" button in the top left on the species' bar-chart page. In this case, I started with Tennessee and then added Orange-crowned at this step. Also, note that you can use four-letter codes in the entry field. If you want, add other species one at a time, but make sure that each species' box is checked. 1
