Photographed this bird today, in Winnipeg. This is the first time I have seen this bird. It has similar properties to the bay-breasted and pine warblers. My bird book suggests that it has fall colors for the breed.

Yellow toes, even when the rest of leg is dark.  While this feature does not rule out all other warblers, it makes a great big dent in the possible solution set.  Of course, in breeding condition, the legs are entirely (or nearly so) orange or orangey-yellow, which makes much more than just a dent.  Leg and bill color -- pay attention to it.
