Kingbird ??

Taken 11-27-2020 in the afternoon at North Atwater Park, Atwater Village, CA -- above the Los Angeles River.

Is this a Kingbird?  Cassin's or Western?  If so, is the orange/rust coloring unusual, or no?

Ha!  That's a first for me.  I had been wanting to see a Say's Phoebe, and when I did, I didn't know what it was.

Cassin's and Westerns would show yellow underneath, not peach.  But I'm pretty sure all North American kingbirds are gone for the season.

Not necessarily. Cassin's Kingbirds are year-round residents in So. Cal, where this SAPH was seen. Additionally, Couch's and Tropical Kingbirds are residents in south Texas.
