?Mis-ID'd Tern

Hi, All.  I originally ID'd & posted this as a [immature] Forster's Tern, but, on reviewing it today, I think it might be a Sandwich Tern, as  I see what appears to be dark legs.  Thoughts?

I don’t know if we’ll be able to make a positive ID on this bird. I don’t think we could safely call the legs dark. In my experiences Sandwhich are normally look elongated, which this bird doesn’t look too long, but that’s hard to tell from one photo.
