Help with a raptor

Unless you're incredibly lucky, if you're looking at an eagle and it has a white belly, it's a Bald.

Unless you're incredibly lucky, if you're looking at an eagle and it has more-or-less extensive white in the wing linings, it's a Bald.

Unless you're incredibly lucky, if you're looking at an eagle and it has a head and neck creating nearly as much projection in front of the wings as the tail does behind the wings, it's a Bald.
