DLecy
This is a female Brown-headed Cowbird. Not sure what you took the picture with, but cellphones can distort colors pretty easily.
Charlie Spencer
I agree with Brown-headed Cowbird, based on the bird's structure and the head being lighter than the body. Was this photo edited? It appears to have been over-sharpened. If it was, do you have the unedited version?
The Bird Nuts
I'm going to guess it is a photo or a screenshot from a video taken with a trail/game camera.
rpartos
that's a screen grab from a security camera video-- the colors are usually pretty accurate.

Charlie Spencer
Just now, rpartos said: that's a screen grab from a security camera video-- the colors are usually pretty accurate. Those are spot on for the colors, if understandably grainy. I wonder why the Cowbird is so washed out?

Melierax
The cowbird looks too blue. In the Nuthatch and the Painted Bunting, the blue coloration is overexaggerated. And unless your house is painted blue, it makes the wall look kinda blue as well. Also look at the rim of the plant pot - it should be black, but it's blue. Since the cowbird is normally a dark brown coloration it appears slightly blue.
The Bird Nuts
Yeah, it's just over-saturated, which is common with security and trail cameras. I'm sure I can make any gray thing blue if I just bump the saturation up too far. Edited December 30, 2020 by The Bird Nuts
