sbruenjes
I saw this bird over the summer at a nature preserve in southern New Jersey. I had these as glossy ibis.. but is the first pic a white faced ibis? I didn't even realize that was a different breed at the time..
Hasan
These are White-faced.
Connor Cochrane
This isn’t white faced. I’m pretty sure this is normal for a glossy, but maybe it could be a hybrid. The white border is incomplete, and the face is dark, not the pink your would expect of White-faced.

Tony Leukering
The adult (first pic) is a classic Glossy Ibis, with no red on the legs or face. The three birds in the second pic are not strictly identifiable to species, since they're all juvs.
Hasan
Apologies, d'oh. Meant to say Glossy, typed White-faced. It's that one that lives in the east lol
