What Warbler ??

Taken 1-30-2021 in the afternoon at Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve in Van Nuys, CA.

I'm debating between Yellow Warbler and Orange-crowned Warbler.

Orange-crowned for me based on the color (dull orangey greenish-yellow? IDK ?), small eye, and pointy bill.

@Aidan Bits also the wrong time of year for one.

OCWA -- legs are not obviously pink and bill is too fine and pointed for YEWA

I was considering Yellow Warbler because I wasn't sure that there was a white eye-ring.  But everything else looks good for Orange-crowned.

This is why you don't identify birds in the middle of the night, looking at it now, I'm confused how I even came to the conclusion that it was a Yellow Warbler.
