Coop or sharpie one more time!

I agree with Cooper's Hawk. With such a great shot of the underside of the tail it is easy to be positive on this one. The different length of the tail feathers would certainly cause the convex curve of the tail seen in Cooper's and not Sharp-shinned hawks.

I'm even comfortable saying that it's an adult male (females have more-graduated tails).

Additionally, the crown is BLACK, contrasting strongly with the what little of the nape we can see.
