Huge flocks of Robins in Cedar Hill, TX

If Robins are a sign of Spring, then this footage is quite promising. 

 

I shot a few videos this morning in Cedar Hill as hundreds of Robins descended on our front yard.  Thought I would share:

Cool! Keep an eye out for the nigrideus subspecies! The black hood you normally see on some birds extends down the back, and they have limited white streaking on the throat. Very saturated coloration on the bird.
