From what I've seen, Slate-colored DEJU are quite a bit smaller than Starlings. I don't know, maybe Oregons are bigger.

They are not, but that’s all irrelevant, as precise of these blobs is not determinable. Even the “yellow bills” may well be an artifact of the lighting and photo. I go for passerine sp. ( and a good binocular).
