Am I right that this is a Savannah Sparrow? Someone on iNaturalist thinks it is a Song Sparrow. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/70532518

Why do I think Savannah - bill too small and short for Song Sparrow, yellowish supercilium

Why it could be Song Sparrow - streaking is a bit blurry for the normal Savannah ssp. here. But the streaking can vary sometimes.

Taken today in Franklin, Pennsylvania.

You are safe calling this a SAVS. Be very wary in attempting to ID any sparrow on streaking alone.

Size, structure, and posture are all aspects of this dichotomy that always/usually/often differ between the two species. Take some time to actually watch the next streaked sparrow you see. Learn that bird. Then do it again. And again. And again. Ad infinitum. Enough practice, enough repetition, and this duo becomes very easy. They just don’t look like each other.

Yea. It was just that when someone disagreed with me on iNaturalist, I second-guessed myself and though I should confirm.
