AlexHenry Posted March 6, 2021 Share Posted March 6, 2021 (edited) The very pale clean yellow iris is a good field mark for adult Herring Gulls. Also the jet black wingtips with some white spots, pretty pale gray back, and heavily streaked head (in winter only). Probably one of the larger gulls you get there, though averaging smaller than the true beasts (like massive Glaucous Gulls).
