Chickadee? Or something else? Thanks!

Taken 09 APR 2021 / South Central Washington / Klickitat County

I spotted this bird flitting very quickly from one branch to another in a Black Locust tree. Can anyone ID It for me? It looks like a Chickadee but I'm not positive. The only Chickadees I'm familar with is Mountain Chakadees but this doesn't look like one to me. This is the only photo I have...the second photo is the cropped cropped version of the original. I beleive the ''white stripe'' on the bird is a dried locust pod hanging on a thin limb in front of the bird. The wind is blowing fairly strong today so the picture is a little blurry. I appreciate any and all help you can offer. Thank you! ?
