None of these are particularly definitive, given that ALL individuals of gull species in the genus Larus start life with dark eyes and that WEGU, also, has an all-dark tail at young ages and a darker gray mantle in second-cycle plumage (as this bird is).  Here is a similarly-aged WEGU.

The bird in question seems quite big and stocky with a thick bill. The first pic makes it look more like a WEGU, while the second more like a CAGU.

The tail rules out virtually all Ringers.
