I think these are Least Sandpipers again

Recommended Posts

. . . but I'm not sure. I've been working on this. What do you look for when distinguishing between Semipalmated Sandpipers and Western Sandpipers?

Today near Denver.

(I left in a Semipalmated Plover and a Blue-winged Teal for size comparison.)

A small brown sandpiper with yellow legs leaves only Least Sand and Long-toed Stint. Take your pick.
