TKbird
Perhaps a pair of harriers? Thanks for any input.
Hasan
I don't think this is identifiable. Is not obviously recognizable as a Harrier Edited April 26, 2021 by Hasan
DLecy
Perhaps a Cooper's Hawk with the bright white undertail coverts flared on the second bird? I don't think it can be ID'ed with any confidence though.
IKLland
I got harrier vibes. I wouldn’t call it for sure, though. Edited April 26, 2021 by IKLland
TKbird
Thanks all. Yeah, I'm not expecting anything definite here. The gray+brown pair and obvious white in the rump region are what incline me toward harrier. Edited April 26, 2021 by TKbird

The white is white under the tail (seen best in 2nd pic), this is under-tail coverts. The close wing looks gray and the tail dark, so it’s an accipiter. I’d go with Coop, but I don’t see any way to be certain.
