Could be a warbler ? Saw it this week  (May) in Piedmont NC. Sits in tops of hollies and oaks singing merrily. Has black beard throat to beak. Olive green back and head. Wings colored and marked similar to some sparrows or Siskin. Size - smaller than cardinal. Larger than chickadee. Any ideas?
