Gull or Shorebird? Central New York

A couple very distant shots of a possible Bonaparte's Gull? Taken May 13, 2021 at Montezuma Wildlife Refuge (Central New York State) with a flock of shorebirds (Yellowlegs?) when flushed by a Peregrine Falcon. Sorry for the poor photos - very distant shot.

I think the upper two birds are Black-bellied Plovers, it looks like the bottom right and left birds are something else, possibly Yellowlegs.

That’s the best I can come up with.

The others are Lesser Yellowlegs, given the good size comparison with the plovers. BTW, gulls tend not to have white wing stripes.
