Except, the photos do not allow certain determination of eye rings. The wings are also dropped a bit, potentially exaggerating the pp projection. I’d call it Empidonax sp.

Agree with the pp projection part, but wouldn’t the eyering be pretty obvious from these photos if it was a Least? You can see the eye clearly...

The middle photo suggests (though the angle makes it suspect) a more-complete eye ring than suggested in the other photos, in which the eye area is shaded strongly.
