stitch58
There's one of these on the loose in Central Park in NY right now. Got away from the Central Park Zoo, someone vandalized the enclosure 😦. https://ebird.org/species/eueowl1/

Birds are cool
https://ebird.org/species/ruccoq1 These are really cool! The females are actually more colorful than thee males! There are only about 400 individuals left in the wild. Rats, feral cats and invasive plants species are the main cause of their decline. It's sad. https://ebird.org/species/juffir1/ This book talks all about hummingbirds. I really recommend it. https://www.amazon.com/Glitter-Green-Search-Hummingbirds/dp/1541601416/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1YDWBRWD3GB8P&keywords=the+glitter+hummingbird+book&qid=1675472517&sprefix=the+glitter+hummingbird+book%2Caps%2C293&sr=8-1
