Tory
We caught this bird in Chicago about a quarter mile from the Chicago River has the right color but very long legs and quite large for a juvenile Robin, plus it’s song was not Robin sounding, any thoughts? Thanks, Tory W Barry Ave 2.m4a
Charlie Spencer
Looks fine for a young American Robin to me. https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/American_Robin/id Your first couple of photos show the remnants of a youngster's white loop around the entire face. See the link above and scroll to the tenth picture. Edited June 12, 2021 by Charlie Spencer
The Bird Nuts
Juvenile American Robin is correct. Most birds are the size of the adults when they leave the nest.
dimitrig
It looks like a Robin to me. What might the alternatives be? None here in California. Not sure about Chicago.

It's not a juvenile, not with all that solid red feathering below. It has initiated its preformative molt, so is an immature.
