RobinHood Posted May 1, 2021 Share Posted May 1, 2021 Piping Plover today. I saw this bird about fifteen years ago when it first showed up locally and caused quite a stir at the time. Despite being one of the most popular beaches north of Toronto the local municipality continues to protect the nesting site annually.
