Share Your Best Photo of the Day

Message added by aveschapinas,

Folks: it's not OK to take other people's photos to edit and re-post. Just like we don't correct each other's spelling and grammar, we don't take it upon ourselves to decide that someone's photo needs correction. In addition, as has been emphasized before, you need to respect copyright.

Ever since the baby Le Conte's Thrasher learned to fly over the fence, he pretty much stays here all day. Lots of opportunity for photos since he's now my buddy......And watch out for those long beaks when parent feed them.

I don't have Hummingbird feeders so I have to rely on flowers to attract them. Problem is this is worst flower season I have ever seen here in the Mojave Desert (these droughts have really taken their toll here)....... But this Willow Tree always does well.

Yeah, they showed up this morning and my mom was kind enough to take me after school. Lifer number 189!

I’m at 191! The whole time, we’ve always been within 5 lifers if each other!

Not the sharpest image (hard to shoot handheld at almost 900mm), but I rarely get such a smooth background on photos.
