I can’t see the exif data, but yikes, I’d need a tripod or something to help with the shakiness with those low shutterspeeds.

Mojave Desert. Another shot of a Great Horned Owl at Sunrise this morning. This was taken just before I shot the video I posted earlier today.  (see videos) ...... He politely stayed put while I was setting up my tripod in plain site about 75ft away. This was the only photo I took before switching to video. Thought for sure he would fly away!.....lucky I guess.

I love this photo! The desert colors in the background bring out the same coloration in the owls feathers. The Owl's sleepy eye lids also add to the feeling of this photo.
