Awesome, that's super crisp! I wasn't able to get any good ones like that, they just wouldn't stand still long enough and I could never get a proper angle.

Thanks! They were with a large flock of gulls and terns. The entire flock was just resting on the beach for three straight hours that I was photographing them.

Sleepy shorebirds are the best, I love that. The ultimate orb ? I only found some resting after it was getting dark while I was there.
