Wow, those are seriously amazing, well done! I can never seem to find one in the open for more than a second!

Thanks! :)

This one has been hanging around at that state park for a while. It's probably the only one I've come across that actually co-operates. I swear it knows when it has a camera pointing at it!

How in the world did you get that photo!!!

A very cooperative grey ghost.lol.seriously though, I have seen many male harriers but I have never seen one that just doesn’t care if people are there. This bird has been up and down wildlife drive here at forsythe with not a care in the world , I spent about an hour with this guy yesterday literally feet away from him at times, he just kept flying up and down the road looking for lunch..

I got photoshop and Lightroom yesterday and spent about 3 hours on this one image today (mostly figuring out how it worked). Only got through 3 photos, but it is getting easier to work with. Happy with how this one turned out though!

Loving my backyard redpoll invasion these last few days!

I've never used Lightroom.  I use Photoshop Elements. The Auto Smart Fix feature does a great job.

IMO, unless you're looking to sell pictures or get a lot of high scores or "likes", Elements is more than adequate, plus you don't have to pay some never ending monthly or yearly fee.

Lightroom seems to be good enough to not need the addition of photoshop, but both definitely have way more gadgets and things than I’d ever need. Before this I was using the default editing on my iPhone and that was totally fine!

I was able to obtain all the adobe apps or whatever for a discounted price of $25 a month because I’m a university student so it’s not too bad. Figured since I have such a backlog of photos to get through, that it would be worth spending $25 to be able to edit 700 or so photos.
Initially I thought I could manage it within the 7 day free trial but I’m way too slow for that ?

I use whatever came with my first camera what feels like a 100 years ago. I rarely doing anything to my photos. Once in a while I may lighten or darken or crop but that is it.

I never noticed the editing app on iPhone.  Were you editing only the shots you took with the phone, or transferring images from your camera to the phone to edit them?

I can't conceive of editing photos on a phone in the first place.  It seems the screen would be too small and the touch controls too cumbersome for me to be productive.  But then, I crop and rarely do anything else.

I’d transfer them to my phone, edit them in my gallery, then upload them from there. Definitely not the best, I’d review them on the computer after to make sure whatever I did translated well to a larger image.
I recently just realized my phone compresses the image too, so makes it hard to select the better ones as they all appear somewhat worse than they do on the laptop.
