Folks: it's not OK to take other people's photos to edit and re-post. Just like we don't correct each other's spelling and grammar, we don't take it upon ourselves to decide that someone's photo needs correction. In addition, as has been emphasized before, you need to respect copyright.

Yes, another robin photo. Thoughts appreciated. IMO, it's decent-ish, so four. The branch running through the bird is not good, and it's not super sharp. The tail is also probably too close to the edge of the frame, but I actually didn't do any cropping, that's how it was shot.

I don't want to sound mean, and this photo is good for the equipment you have, but it is average.  Solid three stars.  Four stars, in my opinion, is for excellent photos with a few minor flaws but are still worthy of printing/publishing.

Thank you! Only my 2nd during migration away from their classic breeding grounds.

There were 2 in Cape May last year but of course they were gone by the time I got there :classic_sad:.

I agree, I do like the background though! Nice new profile picture @The Bird Nuts!

Incredible!

Thanks so much - Tawas Point Sp. is truly an incredible place for photographing migrant bird species of all sorts, with lots of migrants concentrated into lots of short, stunted shrubs. I owe my sisters for pointing out this particular individual 😁
