Share Your Best Photo of the Day

Message added by aveschapinas,

Folks: it's not OK to take other people's photos to edit and re-post. Just like we don't correct each other's spelling and grammar, we don't take it upon ourselves to decide that someone's photo needs correction. In addition, as has been emphasized before, you need to respect copyright.

By far the best ever Storm-Petrel shots I've ever gotten!!! As anyone who has done pelagic photography knows, Storm-Petrels are the hardest species out there to photograph well! Super stoked to have gotten such good shots!

Is there a problem if I upload the photos I've edited today? I'm backlogged on photo editing.

I don’t think so. Tons of people post old photos here, which isn’t exactly what we want but since it’s done often I guess you can

Same here; for me it is not possible to go birding, make a selection, and edit those pictures on a regular day. We just got back from vacation and need to sort through, select, and edit a bit over 5000 photos. So here are the first that are done. I wish I could have gone lower with the green heron, but with several alligators nearby, I thought that was not a good idea 😅
