Sage Thrasher in NJ. Same bird pictaker had. Amazingly cooperative. That's because this bird is actually a Ring-necked Duck (One important thing is that a Lesser Scaup would not have that white beak stripe) that I initially misreported.  I deleted the media that I put in the wrong section which is why you get "Restricted Access" with my original link.  Here is the same bird in the correct section:
