They are somewhat regular at this location. https://ebird.org/hotspot/L3715748 Note the size and color of your bird’s bill when compared with a MOSE. https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/351767051

Caley Thomas
Good catch everybody. Bummer. Guess I'll be going back again sometime soon, lol. Not bad birding there with a golf cart for $20 rental though...probably saw 40+/- species in a morning there, so the action even this time of year is not too shabby. Red-bellied pigeons showing there also, though I missed on them this time.

Red-billed Pigeons, not Red-bellied Pigeons. The species is most readily seen at the site by standing on the edge bluff overlooking the river -- flocks fly up and down the river, particularly in the morning: eBird Checklist - 12 Mar 2019 - Max A Mandel Golf Course - 48 species (+3 other taxa)
Caley Thomas
@Tony Leukeringthanks! I actually observed what I thought were them several times, but couldn't be sure as to ID in all honesty. Attached are a couple of bad pics I snapped of this action above-described, but thought they weren't enough to ID...agreed?
DLecy
Red-billed Pigeons are not white/light below. These are likely ROPIs. 3
