Jerry Friedman Posted July 10, 2021 Share Posted July 10, 2021 The dark "spikes" at the tip of the tail feathers are a good characteristic for juvenile Harlan's , according to this article. If this is a Western juvenile as you suggest, I can't see calling it a light morph with such strong streaking on the breast and below the belly band.
