Not a Chipper, the bill is too big

(Again, the photo is pretty distant so I’m not sure it’s totally conclusive, but my impression is that the bird in the photo has a large bill like a Lark Sparrow and unlike a Chipping Sparrow. If Lark Sparrow is expected at that location, I’d probably report it as Lark Sparrow and just not post the photo. However if it is unusual or rare at that location I’d leave it as Sparrow sp, fwiw)
