AlexHenry
Its either a Hammond's or Dusky Flycatcher, Western Wood-Pewee, Oak Titmouse, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, or Hutton's Vireo Do you know what it is, or did you get any idea of what it was in the field? You could give some written details or suggest what you think it was. The photos are pretty blurry. I think it might be a flycatcher of some sort. If you didn't get a pretty good idea of what it was in the field, you're probably better off just deleting the photos and leaving it unidentified. Sometimes it's better to study and identify a bird in the field instead of using photos - especially when the viewing conditions are such that you aren't able to get identifiable photos!

Seanbirds
I definitely think this is a flycatcher. Probably Hammond’s.

AlexHenry
My first impression was flycatcher as well. But we can't see the primary tips so I don't know if we can conclusively ID it. I was getting Dusky/Hammond's vibes as well, but I'm not certain its not a Pewee.
