When I started I’d just sit outside in the evening with my phone in a bucket, and only identify the distinct ones.I picked up VIRA and Sora this way, along with Solitary and Spotted Sandpipers. We generate forecasts from March 1st to June 1st and August 1st to November 15th during respective Spring and Fall migration seasons for the lower 48 states of the United States."
