Kevin
My dad had some school for his job at Corpus Cristy, last may. Any way we got there right at the end of migration, and I got 11 warblers! Which was great, but every one that I talked to said, "Oh, you should have been here a week or two ago, there where hundreds!" or "Man, last week there were tons." I think my next highest record would be 4. https://ebird.org/checklist/S88016012

Colton V
The juncos have returned to my backyard. They are in the area year round but are more picky with their habitat during breeding season, so they are only winter visitors in my backyard.
Birding Boy
I’ve had a few yumps yesterday and this morning, and my first Palm Warbler in a month. Herring Gulls are also moving in.

chipperatl
9 FOY in September is my best showing in Fall Migration ever, including finding County First Ruddy Turnstone. Previous high was 6, and am running above my best pace again.

floraphile
It doesn't look like I'll be birding (or finding any migrants) any time soon. 😞

Would that mean a possible fall-out next week when the rain subsides? 🤞 Or does a fall-out precede bad weather?
