help with ID please

I'm pretty sure you have a young Eastern Towhee.  Pink legs and feet, a black bill evolved for cracking seeds, a towhee's long tail, chowing down on sunflower seeds.  Compare it with this one from Macaulay:

If I'm wrong (again), it's definitely in the sparrow family.

Yeah, they evaded me for a long time to(We have spotted here.), but once I learned were to look for them and learned there calls there were Towhees everywhere!

Yes, I know calls are important, but even after learning their songs they still don't show up, even at known locations for them. I've read that their populations have declining in the northeast, perhaps that's part of the reason? Thanks for the tip though.
