If you're referring to the shorter outer feathers that's a trait of a Cooper's Hawk in general adult or immature. The banding on the tail is similar on the adults as well.

Yes, thanks, I'm familiar with that; I was referring to the rounded ends of the tail feathers. Maybe I've just never seen one with the tail so spread out. I haven't seen a lot of them.
