I think that silver patch at the end of the wings is a dead give away, besides the lack of two toned wings and solid black body color. I don't think you can see the wings well enough in these photos. A Black Vulture doesn't normally show that much di-hedral, and has a shorter tail.

Peromyscus
I'm not seeing any white/silver in the wing. Plus, there is that dihedral wing angle.

Birding Boy
Definitely a Turkey Vulture combining head posture, and tail and wing shape. The wing tips probably look paler due to the low image quality in that are.
Peromyscus
20 minutes ago, Quiscalus quiscula said: Why? Because the tail looks wedge-shaped. It does not look like a Black Vulture tail to me. Also, I still can't see any white in the wing tips.

Kevin
@dragon49 what was the weather like? Also, was the bird flying high? Just above the trees? What?
Quiscalus quiscula
Turkey Vultures do have silvery flight feathers, according to Sibley, and tail shape and dihedral flight shape looks right for Turkey. However, I think if the photo is good enough to show the silver sheen of a turkey vulture's wings, it should show at least a bit of slightly brownish tinge. Structurally, however, Turkey Vulture seems best.

There are many, many, MANY mis-IDed photos on ebird outside of the US and Europe.

Yes, I was wondering if I should report it. Came across it on a photo quiz, when I identified it as a Turkey Vulture.
