Thanks! Is there a characteristic that stands out that would eliminate the female bay-breasted warbler? I also thought that looked like a potential match...

Actually, you might be right. The sides of the neck, with closer inspection, are actually greenish. The 'streaks' on breast are probably an illusion. The vague spectacles and gray legs (from what we can see), seems to point Bay-breasted, as well as the thinner shape.
