fstopbirds
Hi, this little guy was seen hanging out snatching bugs from an old telephone pole outside our apartment in Brooklyn, NY today. I was thinking a Phoebe at first, but on closer inspection its wingbars seem more defined and there may be a yellow-ish tinge to its throat/breast? Not the best pics but hopefully someone can help! Thanks!
Quiscalus quiscula
Looks like it's an Eastern Wood-Pewee. Good to see you post again, I'm glad to have a fellow New York Stater!
